The place was easy to get to and centrally located to all of the surrounding towns and activities. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful view! Cabin could have been a little cleaner. Need some update done to it. The bedroom was dusty. The floors were dirty was not clean enough cleaning crew not doing their job.

Not happy with the cleanliness of the house, as well as the condition of some of the things in the house. The bathrooms were not cleaned before we arrived. Upstairs bathroom mirror ridiculously unusable. Literally, used bar soap and hair shavings (beard trimmings maybe...maybe something else?) in the master bath shower. Main room slider door handles falling off, barely held on with tapcon screws. Placemats on dining table dirty with old food stuck to them. Rugs flipped up on corners posing trip/fall risk.

Great Log Cabin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is nicely cared full and the location is central to Maggie and Waynesville. Access is easy on all paved roads. Has a cool view across a farm valley with cows and people to enjoy watching and mountains on the other side. The house and grounds are well maintained and the home is well stocked with kitchen items to make cooking easy. Cable boxes in every room with about 100,000 channels :-)

Great location, great view!

Cabin is located 10 minutes from Maggie Valley Festival Grounds and ten minutes from I-40 to visit Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg or Ashville. The cabin setting was awesome, nice place. The only problem we had was the place was not very clean(floors and kitchen draws).

The home is clean, comfortable and well stocked as stated. The views are beautiful and captures the essence of the Smokies. The lack of any handsoap or one roll of paper towels is not commensurate with the otherwise outstanding experience!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a good vacation. Serenity Hill was a good size for 5 people. Exiting the driveway was somewhat challenging. We did not enjoy having to buy cleaning supplies for a week. That is a waste of time and money. The internet was not working and the living room tv had a bad cable so no signal. Got it all fixed after a few days. Did at Carolina Vacations was very helpful and kind and resolved the issues. We do believe that better upkeep is needed. Cooking, frying pans, were worn out. The grill was not useable without a complete cleaning which we did not do. Shower upstairs had mold as did the curtain in master bath. The shower in hallway would not drain properly so you were in several inches of water before you finished. The view from the porch was nice and comfortable for morning coffee. We enjoy looking at the mountains. The small dining table is okay for four people but we had to pull over a stool for the fifth person.

Great cabin for mountain area getaway convenient to Maggie Valley and Waynesville. Could be cleaner, however still a great value for the price. A little confusion at check in because I didn’t get the email to come to the office to check in, but there was a lockbox at the house so after calling we were able to get in. Property management was very responsive gracious about it. Overall I would stay again and recommend to friends.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was very nice (although it could use a good cleaning), but OMG - the bed linens and towels need replacing and soon! The pillowcase in the main bedroom even had bloodstains on it! The kitchen is decently appointed but unorganized. We had to open all cabinets to make a complete set of dishes. And there is old, expired food that needs to be tossed.

They are so uncomfortable and everyone who stayed with us said as much about their bed. The only one who was happy was my daughter, who stayed in the upstairs bedroom. Her bed is the only comfortable one in the house.
