We had a great time at Kara’s home. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed, plenty of towels and linens. The location is great for biking to the trail or biking or walking into town. Also the location is quiet and private. The hot tub was super clean and we used it every day. We loved the deck off of the back of the house and wish we had had more time to relax out there. Communication with Kara was great and she was extremely responsive which was greatly appreciated. My husband and I, plus our daughter and her family, cannot wait to return or to rent another of Kara’s properties. Confluence is a lovely town and great for outdoor activities.

The Treehouse was the perfect home base for our group. We loved the location…woodsy, peaceful, and private yet convenient to everything we wanted to do in the short time we were there. The house was clean, comfy, and very well equipped…and the hot tub was such a nice bonus! We had a great stay…thanks again!!

Loved the Treehouse

This was our second stay at the Yough Treehouse, and it was wonderful as always! We loved our first visit so much that we knew we had to come back, and it did not disappoint. The treehouse is beautiful, peaceful, clean, and incredibly comfortable. Sitting on the deck overlooking the river, relaxing in the hot tub, and enjoying the fire pit are some of our favorite parts of staying here. It's the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The location is also fantastic. Very close to all of the outdoor activities. Highly recommend the Yough Treehouse!!

Property was nice,can't access the river from it though. Grill needs updating. As the host warned, major grocery stores are about 35 minutes away. The DG Market in town there does carry a good bit of every day need stuff. All in all it is a nice place. Hot tub and fireplace were nice.

We were riding the GAP trail and wanted a break midway between Pittsburgh and Cumberland and this house was the perfect stop for the four of us. The hot tub and the fire pit set the stage for two very relaxing evenings. Kara's hospitality is second to none and we found the local community extremely welcoming. What a great find!

The house was perfect for our group. The river was beautiful. It was so nice to be able to walk to the bike trail and have the quiet road to walk on as well. We had some trouble with the internet, but the host was very responsive and quickly walked us through troubleshooting. The host was top notch. The Tree House was everything we needed to enjoy ourselves and the surrounding area. The area has something for everyone, river, lake, biking, hiking, state park, national monument, Frank Loyd Wright Waterfall home or you can just sit on the deck and enjoy the sound of the river.
