Newly renovated 2nd floor apartment in Downtown Traverse City. This 2 bedroom apartment is equipped with a queen bed in each room, full size pullout sofa and 2 convertible chairs in the living room for extra sleeping space.

For added convenience, this unit includes wifi, a dishwasher, stove, full size stacked washer and dryer, walk-in shower and comes fully stocked with linens, towels, kitchenware, coffee maker, and more.

The unit includes one parking space in the public parking lot (Lot O) adjacent to the building. Additional metered parking is available on site or the Hardy Parking Garage at 303 E State St which is a 6 min walk from the building.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect—close to downtown but still quiet and easy to get to. Free parking was a huge plus. The space was spotless, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a girls’ weekend for three adults. Heather's place was fantastic. The location was unbeatable for five friends who wanted access to all the restaurants and activities. Parking was easy and it was impeccably clean. Watch out for the MANY MANY stairs. We all said we'd love to stay there again. Also check out Parlour for happy hour a short walk away.

This apartment is right above a delicious breakfast place. It's walking distance to the beach and many restaurants and shops. Everything in the apartment is clean and anything you might need is there. My only regret is not staying there for more days!
