Newly renovated 2nd floor apartment in Downtown Traverse City. This studio is equipped with a queen bed that sleeps 2 and a convertible chair that provides extra sleeping space (sleeps 1).

For added convenience, this unit includes wifi, a dishwasher, walk-in shower and comes fully stocked with linens, towels, kitchenware, Keurig, and more.

The unit includes one parking space in the public parking lot (Lot O) adjacent to the building. Additional metered parking is available on site or the Hardy Parking Garage at 303 E State St which is a 6 min walk from the building.

Perfect location

Location was great. Having a reserved parking space was really helpful. Unit was very well appointed and comfortable and extremely clean.

Perfect location with a parking spot

This was a great property and I would definitely recommend it. It was great to be in walking distance to most of downtown and you don't appreciate the fact that you have a reserved parking spot until you see how the parking lots fill up. The studio was very clean, well decorated and we really appreciated the variety of snacks/water welcoming us. The keyless entry was great and made checking in/out very easy. I should note that you will need to walk up/down a flight of stairs to go/come, so be prepared if you have heavy luggage. Overall, it was a great spot with some nice perks!

The perfect TC getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this location. The proximity to downtown is perfect for walking everywhere. Every amenity we could have needed was provided. Dedicated parking spot was so nice as well. Can’t wait to come back!
