Katie’s cozy cottage was a perfect stop on my trip home to PA! Only five minutes from Interstate 81!Everything was clean and comfy! Great price as well!!
Wonderful stay at the Firefly Springhouse! Katie was very detailed in the arrival process and gave us all the necessary steps to get situated. We stayed for 1 night as we were passing through and had a very good sleep. Would absolutly stay again!
Very country site. No loud noises. This is a great getaway for anyone who loves antiques. This place is great for couples. What you see in the pictures is what you get! We enjoyed our stay!!!

Great cottage for 2 and peaceful setting. Host was helpful with great dinner recommendations
This is a wonderful cabin for one or two people. I came for the Scenic Railway and I was less than 5 minutes from the parking lot. The farm animals had a lot to say during the day but were silent at night. It was a nice bonus to have a few acres to walk around and stretch my legs. Hosts communicated well and seemed like great people.

Our stay at this cabin was lovely and a fantastic experience. A nice cosy retreat especially for those who love animals and enjoy the beautiful Virginia countryside.
We had a great stay overall. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy and straightforward, which made arriving stress-free.We especially loved the farm-like atmosphere and all the animals on the property—it added a lot of charm and made for a unique experience. That said, with animals comes some noise, which the host does mention in the post. For us, it was part of the experience, but guests who are light sleepers or prefer complete quiet may want to bring earplugs or a sound machine.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, rural getaway with plenty of character.
This place is awesome. The host was very friendly and helpful. The inside of the little building is very clean and looks newly renovated and furnished. The farm animals were also fun and friendly and surprisingly quiet! The dog and cats love visitors and pets! There was no rooster which helped. I would 100% go out of my way to come back to this location again. So glad I stayed here rather than a boring hotel.
Lovely spot with friendly hosts. Comfortable bed, bath and we enjoyed viewing the animals from the porch while sipping coffee. We hope to be back again!
Katie was super easy to communicate with and Jeremy was very welcoming upon our arrival. The cabin was cute and perfect for our stay. We loved visiting the animals on the property.
Ideally located, minutes to Staunton and the local sites. You get to sit back on your porch and watch all the fun friendly farm animals. We bought som fresh eggs, some were even still warm. The hosts are great and take the time to chat if you like. The room was clean and had all the amenities to make you feel right at home.
