It had everything that we needed plus some great views. Check-in was easy once we figured out which cabin was ours. The place was clean, and a great location close to town and it was perfect for what we needed. We have absolutely no qualms about staying here again if we are in Alaska. Plenty of room for my wife and I and two kids. Nice views of the lake and the sea planes taking off every morning. We even had a moose come visit us under the deck one morning, which was a nice surprise.

Perfect Place to Stay
We have been to Homer many times, and this is absolutely the best place we have ever stayed! Location, cute cabins, view of the lake and seaplanes, taking off, restaurant, and getting a discount to take a seaplane ride made this the perfect location!
Location could not have been better. Property was fabulous and really enjoyed our time there…would book again! Enjoyed seeing wild moose and brown bear fly in and guys loved fishing and The Salty Dog!

Amazing place with beautiful view. Very clean and cozy! Highly recommend. Wish we would have allowed for more time to do a seaplane adventure.
The house was brand new with a great secluded location for being in town. The kids enjoyed the planes and the docks and the tickled pear next door is amazing. I was a little disappointed in the lack of towels, cheap bedding and bedroom furniture. The beds could use some improvements as well. For the price I feel corners were cut on amenities, just needs more utensils, towels and higher quality things like paper towels, bed frames, mattresses and toilet paper. Overall we had a great time though.

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
I would have given 5 stars except for a few things. The cabin was very clean except for the shower curtain liner was curled, stiff, mold at bottom & definitely needed replaced. The code we received to unlock the door did not work. Directions on how to open would have been helpful …do u press the unlock icon then the code…code then the icon. Anyway someone showed up and gave up a different code and was visibly perturbed. The kitchen needs basics. We had family over for dinner and only 7 plates, not enough bowls etc. There were no serving bowls, no Tupperware to store leftover food, no platters, no seran wrap, no foil….etc. Just basics for any kitchen. It would also be nice to have a grill at each cabin. It was raining & we had to walk down 3 flights of stairs to grill. And scrap the grill….food stuck on grill & we were the only renters. It would be nice to have lamps on the bedside tables so you could read and not have to get out of bed to turn off the overhead light. All and all it was great little place to rent. Great location, beautiful view, minor details. Add a few things and it would definitely be 5 stars. The view is amazing, walkable to a local bakery, cabin was clean
