Upstairs: Dedicated workspace, 2 guest bedrooms; 1 with outdoor porch, 1/2 bathroom, play area and living room.
We welcome visitors with horses, as we have secure horse pasture in front of the home to keep your horses as you come to visit or are passing through. We have some pretty incredible riding trails across the street. Endless hiking & riding opportunities without hauling!

Seasonal outdoor fire pit (during burn season ONLY). Pendleton and UGG bedding. Diverse options of pillows (down, tempur-pedic and purple pillow on each bed). Pack N Play in master closet, baby tub in master closet, baby bouncy chair in upstairs living room, some toys, puzzle, books and games for families and couples. Home is stocked with towels, linens and shower essentials. High quality hair dryers in each bathroom. Washer, Dryer with laundry detergent, wool dryer balls. The kitchen is equipped with most things you need including some of the most common organic spices on hand to make it easier to cook your favorite dishes while you are here. Local organic Montana coffee beans, coffee grinder, Pour over coffee maker, French press, electric tea kettle. We have a Keurig but do not stock pods. Please inquire if you have specific questions regarding kitchen amenities.

We also have our cozy guest cabin next door to the main home listed for rent with sleeping loft and deck. Ideal for 1-3 people or couples. Queen bed. Please inquire if you need extra space to see if it’s available. We will bundle.
Note: The location is quiet, still and serene. We do have the guest cabin listed and is an option for additional space for your family if available. With that said, the cabin may be occupied. We also have a lot of space to roam around within the fenced areas. We do have 2 neighbors nearby, you can’t see them but please be respectful and don’t cross onto their land. Although the main home cabin patio is completely private and for your use only, the land is shared with the guest cabin pictured next to the home, should anyone be staying there.

➳ NO TRASH SERVICE ➳
While being central to some of the best activities Montana has to offer year round, this slice of Heaven and nature is designed with a "slower" pace in mind, our hope is that you enjoy every part of your stay; from making local coffee {which we happily provide}, to a mixed cocktail in the evening taking in the views, breathtaking sunset, watching the wildlife that meander through the yard or stargazing at night.
Being we are surrounded by mostly state and federal land we are somewhat remote. We enjoy the peace and serenity that comes with this blessing and so do the people who live out this way. Part of being remote land owners in bear country is that we don’t have garbage pick up or trash services. Lastly, please respect the wildlife and ensure that all rubbish is always stowed inside of the home. BEAR COUNTRY :)
The closest refuse is a few minutes away near the closest gas station, liquor barn and bagel/coffee drive through mentioned above. We ask our guests to gather trash (trash bags provided) and drop it at the trash site on your way out of town or into town. {think old school pack in/pack out}. I will email the address and pictures of what the turn in/site looks like to make this part super simple!
If taking your trash with you causes you to double think your stay with us, then we probably aren't the right fit. No hurt feelings, pinky promise.
WINTER STAYS:
*What to expect during the winter*
We DO recommend having a 4-wheel drive vehicle during the winter months. The county roads are maintained and plowed and our driveway is typically plowed WITHIN 24 hours of receiving over 6 inches of snow. We DO NOT plow the driveway every single time it snows because that would just not be realistic, for that reason we strongly encourage guests to drive an AWD/4WD vehicle.
We also DO NOT offer snow shoveling service during your stay, there are snow shovels available for your self use resting under the overhang attached to the garage.
CELL SERVICE:
Cell service can be spotty depending on what service provider you have and where you're standing. T-mobile seems to be the best with AT&T following. To remedy this, we offer wifi.
WIFI:
Wifi outages can occur. We don’t anticipate them but know that is part of life in the woods. We encourage you to disconnect from the matrix while staying with us. Should an outage occur we will do our best to get it reported and up and running asap. With that being said, we do not offer refunds for wifi outages. In addition are also endless fun spots within 30 minutes of the home that offer FREE wifi while grabbing coffee or a bite to eat.
DEDICATED WORKSPACE:
Presidents desk and chair are located at the top of the stairs to the upstairs. The space is cozy and can be quiet but is not shut off to the home. There are outlets nearby.
NO smoking NO pets (horses are the exception) or parties permitted at this property. Ask us questions.
CAUTION:
Wood burning stove in main floor living room not for guest use. These stoves can present a serious fire hazard if they are not used properly. Gas fireplace in master suit is for your use and has an easy turn dial located near fireplace on wall.
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING:
Confirmation will be sent via email after booking. If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
CLEANING FEE:
Cleaning fee includes housekeeping and laundry service after your stay.
Security cameras: We have an exterior commercial grade camera system. 6 in total.
Cameras: 1-main door, 2-facing main door, 3- facing pasture, 4-facing driveway, 5- on shop and 6 on garage (shop and garage not part of listing). They will be on during your stay. We do not monitor guests. Cameras are there for when the home is vacant.
The renter/guests agrees to "hold harmless and indemnify" the owner/village for any and all injury or damage to personal property that takes place while on the premises/property of the rented facility.
