One of the best mini-vacations our family has ever taken. Fun for everyone, arcade, pool-table, hot-tube and so much more. Best surprise was the ice pellet machine which again everyone enjoyed. This home had EVERYTHING you can think of. Awesome!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and had the most gorgeous lakefront views. We especially loved relaxing by the fire pit and enjoying the pool. It was the perfect place to unwind and make memories. The host was incredibly communicative, helpful, and accommodating for our stay, which made everything so easy and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely love to stay here again!

This was an amazing property for our annual girls trip! It had everything we could’ve dreamed: beautiful heated pool, hot tub, fire pit, and view!We spent most of our time on the sun porch and open those windows to enjoy the breezes and Lakeview. The table and chairs there were cozy and perfect for games. Kitchen was incredibly well stocked: cookware, utensils, linens, dishes - it had it all - even crushed ice machine. Beds were comfortable, blankets and pillows were very soft. We appreciated that there were throw blankets too! All agreed this was the best accommodation we’ve ever had. Thank you so much for sharing! We will definitely book again.

Great location for our family of 12. The pictures are not completely accurate as there have been some renovations but what we found was even better than we expected! Plenty of space and entertainment for our group ages 2-44!

This house was perfect for our group of 6 couples, with its 6 bedrooms and 4 baths. We especially loved the sunroom with a beautiful view of Cumberland lake and gorgeous sunsets. The host is very accommodating and had left us with plenty of supplies like toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap, paper towels, etc. I have already booked it again for next year!

This was a perfect home for the 11 of us - 6 adults and 5 children. There was plenty of space and always something for the kids to do. Everything was as listed. David answered questions and addressed concerns immediately. We were especially impressed with how generous the host is. We brought a lot more than we needed because we've never stayed in a rental where so much was provided. Beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were all up to date with very nice fixtures. The pool needs a new liner, but he hasn't owned it very long, and I'm confident he will get to it. The hot tub was great as was the fire pit. View is amazing, and we enjoyed meals in the screened in porch overlooking the lake. We would definitely stay here again! I would suggest adding some nightlights. It was very dark at night.

The house was well equipped. Pool area was lovely altho the hot tub was overheating while we were there. The lower level was perfect for teens. We had an issue with the AC when we first arrived and David the property manager could not have been more helpful. The problem was corrected within a few hours.Appreciated the amenities. Plenty of towels, trash bags, toilet paper, etc. Overall we had a great time and it is a great place for a large crowd.

This is the cleanest place we’ve stayed in and we’ve rented numerous places throughout Kentucky and Tennessee. This place had everything we needed. Detergent, Kitchen accessories. We are definitely going to be staying often. Thanks so much!

We had an amazing time staying at the house. Only downfall was the weather was not great at all for Memorial Weekend, it poured the whole time we were there. So we didn't get to enjoy the pool and hottub as much as we would have like. Did not get to use the fire pit this time. All weather related!!! We will definitely be back probably in June or July (no rain) so we can enjoy the things we didn't get to as much. Thank you David for the beautiful and spacious home. It literally had everything we needed plus more.
