Nice place, great location

I spent a few days here with my 4 children. The location to the beach & other attractions was perfect. The place was clean & had everything we needed for our stay.

Had a great trip to Hilton Head. Condo was a short walk to the beach. Could see the ocean from the balcony. My granddaughter loved the pool. Property manager was attentive. All of our needs were met and couldn't have asked for more! Coligny shopping area was within walking distance too. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of this property is prime. It’s just a few blocks from Coligny shops and restaurants. Very walkable. You basically walk out your door, walk across the parking lot of the building and go to the beach. You have a partial view of the ocean from the back deck. I rented two condos the same week for 2 of my adult friends and 3 13 year old kids. I took advantage of having Kendall get groceries for us from Publix (extra cost), and it was worth it. It was awesome coming in and already having a stocked fridge. The unit was clean, and in good shape. I can’t express how great Kendall was. We were celebrating birthdays and she made several recommendations including a great cookie decorator. There was also a cute touch of ocean themed welcome sugar cookies. Next time we come back to Hilton Head we will rent this unit again. Thank you Kendall, you were the best host I’ve ever had on any platform. Because of you, our visit was stress free. Highly recommend

Great, affordable vacation!

The location and communication with the owner is what really stood out with this property. My husband and I stayed 4 nights with our 4yo, 3yo and infant. I would say that it was a tight fit, but if you're not planning to spend much time in the unit, this works great. My older kids loved the built-in bunks, but I think the top age for those would probably be 10-12 depending on the size of the kids. Overall it was a great value and we had a great trip and would happily stay again for a quick few days away!
