Great Stay

I only got to spend one night at this condo, which is a shame. It was a great place to stay! The view was great and the condo was decorated so nice. There were lots of little things that made us feel right at home. The location was convenient too. We were able to walk to several restaurants and the building had a Starbucks too. We hope to return in the future.

Studio 620 at Orgin Seahaven was a beautiful condo with plus an amazing view. Everytime we fill a home. The property is well kept up and very clean. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. You will see us more often.

The studio has everything to enjoy a day on the beach. Walls and windows are well protecting from noises, you do not hear a thing from neigbors during night.

Awesome rental and even better host!

This is the first time renting at Origins and we absolutely loved it! Dawn's studio was right over the pool with a perfect view of the Ocean. My favorite place was sitting out on the balcony, but What makes Dawns place special is Dawn herself. She has gone the extra mile to make sure you dont have to load up your car! All the extras mean you can Just show up with your clothes and groceries and your ready to just enjoy the beach! Pictures really dontt do it justice! We will Definitely be back!

Great location and very clean and well maintained

Had a wonderful experience Dawn is a great host. Unit was very clean well maintain and up-to-date. Very comfortable bed perfect view of the Golf and awesome view above the pool. I will most definitely be using Dawn in future visits to PCB.

Origin Oasis

It’s a wonderful condo with a gorgeous view. Dawn is a great host!! She has everything you need for a day at the beach already there for you. Two beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and even a wagon to pull it all down to the beach. And the wagon had the best wheels! We will definitely be back! 10/10 recommend Dawn. ❤️

Wonderful location with a beautiful view!

This is by far one of the best units I have stayed in PCB. I’m in this area at least 3 times yearly. Location is great and the attention to details was amazing. Dawn was very responsive and helpful with any questions. I hope to be back soon!
