This is an air conditioned ground floor unit with all great quality appliances, beds, etc. The appliances are stainless steel and counters are granite. It has a 46' Sony flat screen TV in the living room and a Sony flat screen 40' TV in the master bedroom. The unit has wireless, broadband internet connectivity. The patio yard is tiled with flowers growing on its border. It has two sets of table and chairs for your leisure enjoyment. The unit is close to a major shopping center and approx. 15 minutes from Pacific Beach and from La Jolla. The complex has an exercise room with new exercise equipment as well as three swimming pools, a spa/hot tub and a sauna. It has a gas barbecue close to the gated yard. Access and dedicated parking is secured/gated.

We enjoy the San Diego beaches and the weather so much that we bought this unit. When time allows we stay there. Jan enjoys shopping in the malls close by and we go to the beaches. I especially like the dog beach where people and dogs play. The location we choose gives us lots to do and we really enjoy our time here.

Why they chose this property

We bought this unit because it was new and in a great location. It is very nicely professionally landscaped and the greenery adds to make the unit even more attractive. The appliances are new,GE stainless steel of excellent quality as is all the furniture. We bought quality beds and mattresses so that a person could enjoy a pleasant and restful sleep.
We wanted to be in San Diego for the weather, but also for beach access and for shopping. This unit pleasantly is perfect for meeting these needs.

What makes this property unique

The unit was professionally designed to make for a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing environment. This adds to the appearance and enjoyment of your stay. It is fully equipped with all the necessary items you would need including extra linens, comforters, towels, etc. There is a DVD library there as well as cable TV. The swimming pools are close by for easy access. The patio yard is tiled with flower filled borders and has comfortable tables and chairs. The exercise building is available for your use. All these amenities will make for an enjoyable stay.
