Studio Apartment with Private entrance.
This unit has exclusive access to the back yard with picnic table.
Location is in the middle of the east side.
5 minute drive to East 6th, 10 Minutes to downtown.
Completely private large backyard that is just for your unit.
Plenty of towels, 43 inch television w Roku.
King bed, Sofa bed, bathroom, yard, private entrance, clean private space.
The space
This is one room studio. King bed and a bathroom. Its prob best for 2 people but has a sofa bed allowing up to 4 guests who want a clean nice place to chill and sleep.

Back yard is private to your unit and has a nice shady picnic table for outdoor relaxing.
Guest access
This Studio is the rear of the duplex. Walk up the driveway to the rear of the building. The door is the entrance to your studio.

Simple, Clean, Essentials & Private Backyard

This studio room was just what we needed for our weekend trip to Austin! It was minutes away from good food, hip venues, and all the big city amenities you could ask for, but just as close to nature, parks, and the outdoor event venue we came to visit. It was easy to book, easy to find and enter, and the host was quick to communicate and offer recommendations. A great place to stay and get away!
