This 493 sq. ft studio unit is non-smoking, features (1) king bed, (1) queen sleeper sofa) and sleeps up to 4 guests. It includes a furnished patio/balcony and offers a kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, cookware and utensils and mini fridge, safe, TV, and available Wi-Fi.

The resort confirmation will show the view designation and the villa will be placed within that view category unless in a rare instance the view will be noted as "not guaranteed" in which case the resort reserves the right to place the guest anywhere within the property. Issues regarding views within the guaranteed view category are to be addressed with the resort management as Concierge Realty is not responsible for villa placement.
