Pro tip: Use the binoculars to spot Chimney Rock from the porch or explore scenic neighborhood trails just outside our door.

LOCATION
Situated on 1 acre surrounded by nature, rolling hills, and breathtaking views that can be enjoyed throughout the property.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:

We want you to have a smooth and enjoyable stay, so here are a few helpful things to know:

• After booking, we’ll send a short 2-page rental agreement — quick and easy to review and sign online.

• The beautiful lake and beach in town is open again. Chimney Rock State Park currently requires reservations (please check their website for details).

• The home is not lakefront. Our private community beach at Big Mirror Lake is just a 10-minute drive — perfect for swimming, fishing & relaxing (no lifeguard; swim at your own risk). We provide beach chairs, umbrella, towels, floats, and sand toys.

• Located in the Riverbend community (outside the gates).

• Dogs are welcome (max 2; pet fee applies). Please add them to your booking. We provide bowls, poop bags, and extra linens & blankets to cover couches and beds.
• No cats due to allergies — thank you for understanding.

• The driveway is steep but accessible for all standard vehicles.

• The property has natural mountain terrain and is not fully fenced.

• You may occasionally hear cars from Buffalo Shoals Rd, but the area is overall quiet and rural.

• Enjoy seasonal lake views (winter, early spring, late fall) and beautiful mountain views year-round.

• Maximum of 6 adults. The kids’ room (twin beds) is best suited for children or teens. The home is kid-friendly but not baby-proof.

• Exterior security camera located at the front door only.

• Bears are part of the area — please do not leave food outside.

• Roku TVs with Netflix and Amazon Prime included (no cable).

• Whole-home backup generator for added peace of mind.

• The home features a whole-house water filtration and UV purification system for clean, safe water.
