The location was great for our needs. Washer/dryer a definite plus, kitchen appliances great. We enjoyed the location and owner very responsive to our needs. Would stay again if in this area.

A good choice

Michael's space was well thought out. While smaller, the layout makes it seem larger, with the kitchen off to the side and the huge private patio (which was nice for my dog). The bed was comfortable, the water pressure was good, and the neighborhood was quiet. Having the laundry room attached was also a big plus. I recommend this as a good choice for a solo traveler with a pet.

Perfect Studio with Yard!

I was in the process of moving to Miami from out of state and needed a long term stay while I figured out the area. As I was bringing my pets with me, this spot caught my eye as it was pet-friendly and had a fenced-in patio area. The patio was great for catching some sun while having breakfast and hanging out with my pup! This studio was very well maintained with its own separate entrance. It felt like a place of my own being separated from the rest of the home with the laundry room. Being able to use a washer and dryer was great for a long stay! This studio also had a full refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, stove top, and dishwasher! Everything was kept and decorated very well and felt very comfortable. Would 100% stay again if needed and would recommend to any guests!
