This home is half a duplex, which is all yours. The home is located less than a half block away from the historic Brookside park, which has walking trails and Indy's only frisbee golf course. The kitchen and bathrooms have been completely remodeled. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and a large island with a huge under-counter sink with bar seating as well as a table for dining. There is a 50" flat screen Amazon Fire TV. There are also two dedicated parking spaces as well as street parking out front.

Never Judge a Book by its Cover

Neighborhood and alley look to be down. But once you are there neighbors are really nice. Walk in and you forget about the outside. The inside is very nice and lots of charm. The property was exactly what we needed for our almost 2 week stay. Notes in the book are very easy to understand. Property has everything you could want/need. Helped save us from eating out the whole time. Thank you thank you thank you. I would recommend this property to anyone!

We did not stay at your property. You changed the dates without our consent, the date you changed to was past our time in Indianapolis. You confirmed our requested dates then changed them once we made payment. I am still waiting for reimbursement of our payment.
