Just wonderful

We enjoyed our stay in the adorable Studio City neighborhood-- both peaceful, home-like, and smack dab in the middle of everything. Lovely, well-established block--easy to walk to Universal shuttle. House had all the amenities you could ask for - washer/dryer, kitchen supplies, extra pillows, blankets, towels & sheets. Best flowers / landscaping on the block. At the end of exhausting days it was a delight to come 'home' to the cozy house.

Perfect for us

Delightfully calm street and easily walkable to Universal. It was a great home base for exploring farther away also. Stocking up at Ralph's was perfect for our picky eaters and staying here was a bargain compared with the hotel options nearby. Some things we figured out: - don't try and cut across the park. The wall blocks all access. - take the walkway over the major street, then there is a tram the rest of the way to universal. - sushi dan was great takeout - plug in the lights on the pergola for a cozy evening outside in the private yard

Wonderful, Quiet, Clean and Close to Universal!

We were beyond pleased with this property. My cousin and I and our kids (aged 13, 11 and 9) came to visit Universal Studios. I was worried about the neighborhood feeling safe, but this property is at the end of a quiet, established street with a baseball/dog walking park at one end. The proximity to Universal was just 10 minutes by car (we had a rental), one exit on the freeway away or a short frontage road ride. Everything was very clean and quaint. The master bedroom is very spacious, but should be noted that there are two futon-style couch beds. Our kids stayed in it, so that was not an issue for the adults. One suggestion would be to add more heavier bedding/quilts. We did have a leak in the hallway when a big rain storm came through, but the owner was extremely responsive and luckily it happened right before we checked out! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, especially for the theme park proximity. We were also very pleasantly surprised to find lots of kitchen staples such as sugar, spices and a few fridge items left from previous tenants. Kitchen cookware could be added to/updated, but we found everything we needed. Jinya Ramen house delivers and is delicious. Would love to stay here again!

Wonderful

We brought our Grandkids to take them to Universal. Easy walking to the Universal tram. House is very nice on a dead end street. Very quiet. I highly recommend and will definitely be back. Owner is very nice and quick to respond to questions.
