ENJOY easy access to downtown Fort Worth from this centrally located home in an established neighborhood close to 35W. Relax in the large back yard with fenced pool and spa. The spacious updated home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and sleeps 7. Primary has a king bed, smart TV and a walk in shower in bathroom. Smart TV in each bedroom. Kitchen is fully loaded along with a coffee bar and a charcoal grill outside for your use. Play pac man arcade for 2 or a game of chess in the game room! Something for everyone to do! Sorry NO parties allowed!

Plenty of seating room in family room and kitchen for visiting, watching TV and playing board games.

Home and back yard is entirely for your stay. Parking is in driveway or inside garage.

We are located in N. Fort Worth fairly close to 35W in a quiet cul de sac in an older neighborhood. Downtown Fort Worth is about a 20 minute drive and there is plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.

Uber is available and home is close to 35W to head to down town Fort Worth or Denton

Best place ever

I have to say in all my travels this was by far the best ever! Little cool at the time for the pool but loved the Hot Tub!! Grounds around the pool area were great! Loved it was gated as I had a 22 month old grandson with me! Back porch was wonderful with two swings!! The kitchen was already well stocked with oil, sal, pepper etc. so did not need to go buy everything to cook! Best cookware and appliances in kitchen! Bathrooms fully stocked with tissue full size body wash, shampoo and conditioner!! Loved the game room! Had a PAC Man game table and checker/chess table!! Perfect place close to Fort Worth for all our adventures! Would recommend this house !!!!

Why they chose this property

This home is in a quiet cul de sac but very close to 35W and close to downtown Fort Worth and NASCAR Motor Speedway. Tons of shopping nearby and great restaurants. Our home has a wonderful backyard with a covered patio and fenced pool with hot tub. We provide chess and checkers table and Pac-Man arcade in the game room for added fun! Kitchen is fully stocked along with a charcoal grill in backyard. The garage is available to park your car along with the driveway. My hope is that you truly love your stay!
