Cozy, quiet, simple
Something out of the ordinary. Very simple yet a bit over the top. Small home opened up to feel spacious. Large bedrooms, huge glass rain shower in the master,and the old gally kitchen was opened up and has quartz and butcher block counters. Quiet, comfy, and close to just about everything. Minutes to all the hospitals, UWF, and tons of shopping / restaurants. 15-20 minutes to Pensacola beach. A golf course is also near. This is for a bedroom and private bath. The kitchen, living room, and laundry are shared.
The space is modern yet simple with a hint of a beachy feel.

The main entrance and the main house are accessible. The back part is not yet finished for use.

The side door near the ramp is locked and not accessible. please use the front entrance where the coded lock is.
