Boasting a very spacious private balcony directly on the river, it truly is the ideal location. It is within walking distance to the Old Mill and Dolly Parton Stampede. Cal Ripken Baseball and Dollywood are less than 5 minutes away, with the Great Smokey Mountains less than 3 minutes away.

I am not jumping from place to place just to give it a spit and and promise. I spend time making sure everything is touched and get rid of any nastiness left behind. I put myself in your shoes. All of my condos that I am in charge of have 5 star reviews for being clean and welcoming. I am very particular about making sure that when you walk into the condo it is as close to perfect as I can make it. My goal is for you and your family to make some wonderful memories.
On a personal note… I have a son and a daughter that are both grown. Woo hoo.. I am on cruise control in life and I LOVE it. Other than the pride I take in making sure any condo I take care of are perfect, my children are my greatest accomplishments.
I grew up in Knoxville but, moved to Sevierville to get out of the big city when my kiddos started school. I have been in Sevier County ever since, for 25 years. This is my home now and forever.
