Our house is freshly renovated with all the modern conveniences and ready for you to enjoy.

The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities, all new appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. Food service is via a stunning two-tier granite counter top with stool seating, opening onto the living area. The conversation area features a comfy tropical-themed couch and chair. Air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout add to your comfort.

The master bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed. The head of the bed is unique in that it is a slice of a Guanacaste tree. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have cushy new double mattresses on hand-crafted hardwood frames. The 2nd bedroom has two double beds, and shares an ensuite bathroom and laundry. The third bedroom has a double and a single bed. All bedrooms have ample closet space. Both bathrooms are completely renovated with fine tile work and feature artisanal hand-painted sinks.

Or just chilling on an endless stretch of unspoiled beach, lulled by the lapping of the waves on the shore, awaiting yet another spectacular sunset.

Our home is in Surfside and is a short walk from lovely Potrero Beach. There is easy access to local supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars, many within a few minutes' walk.

Surfside is located just north of Flamingo. It's a real community, not a holiday resort. Some residents are permanent, some come for the winter, and some just for a few weeks. The people are a mix of Canadians, Americans, Europeans and Costa Ricans of all ages from infants to retirees. It's the kind of place where visitors feel immediately at home.
