Call this newly built modern home yours for your next stay in Las Vegas.

This home is spacious to fit your entire crew and features a large open concept living/dining/kitchen area for everyone to gather together.

The kitchen features new stainless steel appliances and has the supplies you need to cook and enjoy all your meals.

There is a spacious loft which is setup as an office and an additional sleeping area aside from the three bedrooms.

This is a Townhouse with two-car garage in the back and a covered patio in the front. There is no backyard.

Home is near a police station for added security.

***Pets/Dogs are welcome but please cleanup after them right away. Note that if we find their poop or urine in the house or yard you will be charged additional $200 fee for thorough cleanup and disinfection***
