Hi, I'm Stephanie. I'm originally from Alaska and have lived in a number of different cities since leaving the state. My family and I love traveling and enjoy time in the mountains or the water. I have two properties, one in Las Vegas and one on the sea on Ambergris Caye, Belize.

Why they chose this property

I absolutely love the location! 5 min from Red Rock hiking and biking. Beautiful views of the mountains and the city. My favorite part about this house is watching some of the incredible sunrises in Vegas and the evening city lights. Equally beautiful are the sunsets, which can be seen from the back and front yard. Oh and the yard! It's truly a relaxing area.
