Great place to stay

This property was perfect for our family of 5. Everything you need is on site and enjoyed the pool and spa very much. Owner responded in a very timely manner to any questions or issues we had.

Hot tub was amazing!

Fit our group of 7 perfect! The hot tub was exactly what we needed after walking all day through the convention center. Parking was limited but we still made it work. Host was so helpful and kind!

Great location with wonderful amenities

Yvonne is a great host. She is very quick in responding to questions. Since it was just me, I just used the master bedroom. The bed and pillows were the best I have ever had in any of the rentals I have used so far. Great night sleep. Very clean house in a great neighborhood,

Good place to stay in Vegas

Overall we had a great stay at Yvonne’s place. It was nice, clean and well equipped. The pool was dirty from wind but Yvonne was great at communicating with us and got someone there to quickly take care of it for us. Like another review stated, the step by the stairs can be hard to see sometimes and we did have a few incidents. Overall we enjoyed the stay and we’re very comfortable here.

Fun for the whole Family!

We were a party of 3 generations coming from 3 different states. This suited us perfectly. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that the bedrooms were all upstairs as was the bath/shower. We worked that out. Our host was very good about Nswering our questions and making sure our needs were taken care of. One suggestion: put a motion sensor light on the step going into the living room. It is very hard to see in the evening. We loved this place and would l9ve to stay again sometime.
