About this property

As you enter this wonderful vintage home, you will be greeted by beautiful open space and room for all . The updated kitchen is amazing and has enough room to entertain a large group. Right outside the window is the barbecue grill, with a buffet for all your cookouts. The heated pool will provide endless entertainment. If you’re not a swimmer enjoy the game room, featuring a poker table and foosball with a 55 inch TV with vintage arcade for all your entertainment needs. The upstairs offers four bedrooms away from all of the chaos to catch up on some much needed sleep, each room features its own TV. At night enjoy movies in the family room with a large 65 inch TV. For a night on the town there are plenty of amenities and several restaurants/bars close by. Tons of recreational activities as well; Helicopter Tours, Skydiving, NASCAR Driving Experience, Lake Mead, Hover Dam, and all that the world famous Las Vegas Strip has to offer, which is only a 12 minute drive.

Wonderful vacation

We had an amazing time at this property! The grocery store is a short walk away and there are plenty of things to keep you occupied at this house! I would recommend this property to any family or large group.

Perfect for our family

We loved this property! Great location close enough to the strip but far enough away to relax. Our family made the most of having a private pool, spending time outside and a friendly family poker game. Highly recommend for families traveling with teens!

Friends getaway

Location of the house is great. We were a few blocks from the store and restaurants. Didn’t have any problems getting an uber to get us to and from the strip. Great pool and back yard. Very well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Ron was very quick to get back to me when we had questions. Good place to stay.

Great location to stay for bachelor party! 12-15 minutes to the strip (20 Uber one way usually), plenty of space to spread out and relax.

All about art

Wonderful

Great place for family. There were 10 of us and everyone had their space. We could eat together in the dining room and play lots of games together in the game room. Close to airport and downtown Vegas.

Great Place

We do an annual guys trip and found this place on VRBO. It’s about 20 minutes outside Vegas in a nice neighborhood. The house was clean and inviting and the host was a great communicator. Highly recommend.

Family fun

Why they chose this property

With this property you’re close enough to the strip that you can get there quickly with a reasonable uber, but far enough that it feels like home. If you want to go to a casino and avoid the strip, Boulder Station, Sunset Station and Sams Town are all large casinos with fun entertainment and food courts that are about 10 min away. These casinos are just off the 515 hwy. Sams Club and Walmart are within walking Distance of the house.
