Quiet neighborhood and heated pool. 4 bedroom, three bathroom home.
Welcome to a vacation that makes you feel right at home. Cozy setting in a quiet neighborhood. This property would be perfect for a family vacation or group trip. Close enough to the beaches, but far enough for privacy & relaxation in the lanai pool area. 2 Stand up Paddleboards, 2 adult bikes, and 3 kids bikes available for use. Tommy Bahama beach chairs, coolers, umbrella, beach tent, wagon. Come relax in paradise. This home is smoke free indoors, but there are designated smoke area outdoors on property. I listed no pets, but if you have a pet you would like to bring just ask and Iwill let you know if Ican accommodate. Most circumstances I will approve.

We purchased this home in 2020 to get away from renting vacation spots and get settled in Florida. We are not always home as we travel when working. So this idea of making it a rental when we are not there is a perfect idea.
Why they chose this property
It is quiet and relaxing. Sitting outside in the lanai and floating in the pool, or just sitting next to the gas fire pit and watching a movie is like a little piece of heaven.
What makes this property unique
Not a busy street, lots of room to take bike rides or walks around the neighborhood. Also a quick drive to beaches and shopping. The pool is heated, so you can swim no matter the temperature outdoors.
