About this property

The Rustic Retreat

Updated kitchen, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, air conditioning, a propane grill, and a firepit!

Access to all Saw Creek community amenities which include: four outdoor pools, two indoor pools, Mill Pond beach with canoes and kayaks, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, a fitness center, and a restaurant!

THE SPACE
Great place to relax, recharge, and enjoy time with family and friends!
Our house is three stories with plenty of room to relax.
Enjoy nature by visiting nearby Bushkill Falls or by sitting around our outdoor firepit.

Our house is family oriented. This is not the place for parties or loud music.
Guests must be 25 years of age or older. Families with children are welcome!

GUEST ACCESS
Street parking is not allowed inside the community but there is plenty of free, off street parking on our large, circular driveway. Our driveway easily holds six cars.
Other things to note
During your stay you will have full access to all of Saw Creek's community amenities. Please note that all guests ages 6 and older will need to wear an amenity badge when using the amenities. Six (6) amenity badges are provided with your reservation.

Because Saw Creek Estates is a gated community, all guests must be registered with security prior to arrival. In order to ensure that your stay goes smoothly, we need to register all guests at least two days before check-in. We will ask you for the following: the full name, address, and phone number of all guests staying at the property; who will be driving inside the community; and the make/model/year and license plate number for each vehicle parking at our home. Providing this information helps keep Saw Creek Estates secure and its amenities private for members and authorized guests!

Saw Creek is a gated community with 24-hour patrolling security. All guests must be registered with gate security three days before check-in.
No loud parties. A noise ordinance is in effect. Quiet hours are: 10 PM - 8 AM Sunday - Thursday; 11 PM - 8 AM Friday, Saturday, and holidays.
Fireworks and off-road vehicles are not permitted. Please observe all traffic signs within the community. Do not feed the wildlife.

Beyond Expectations

The host went above and beyond on the home. Host is very responsive. We (5 adults and 2 young children) were very comfortable in the house and extremely happy with all the amenities the community had to offer. Kitchen was stocked and the open floor plan of the house gave us the ability to come together as a family. There was a second family room downstairs that gave my in laws a chance to have quiet time away from my 2 young children. The host did an amazing job with all the little details through out the house. Thank you so much for an amazing vacation. We were sad to leave and hope to stay again soon. -Leslie Family
