The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave ALL used towels in the laundry basket or in the tub. Leave all used linens on the beds.
Take BAGGED trash only to the trash chute in a hallway next to the storage units. Check that all TV and ceiling/floor remotes are in place.
Turn lights and TV's off. Please close all draperies. Set AC on 75F (cooling). If a spare key is used, put it back in the lockbox hanging on the storage unit door #2 in the hallway.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
-Valid photo ID required at check-in -Must be 25+ to book -No pets allowed -Max occupancy: 3 adults + children.
-No smoking or vaping (inside or on balcony) -No parties or events; quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM (Courtesy Patrol onsite during peak season)
-Do not hang items on balcony railing -Garage parking is for owners only - towing enforced -No RVs, trailers, boats, or commercial vehicles allowed

Stay was excellent. The apartment was large and light filled. Beach is a 10 minute walk, and everything that I especially needed was centrally located –literally 3 miles away from the apartment. Owner was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this place.
