Make warm memories at this large Cabin lakefront home. featuring 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with sleeping for 8. The warm wood walls and metal ceiling accented by direct views of the Niangua makes this a most welcoming place to stay. The Cabin sits on a completely flat lot that is wheelchair accessible. With no steps from the driveway to the dock! The house includes a private dock with a swimming ladder and a boat slip. Kayak available upon request. You will love this home!
The location is prime. It's in the beautiful country on a quiet part of the Niangua. Great fishing right from the dock. 15 minutes to Ozarkland Restaurants, Walmart and Shopping. 10 Min to Ozark Amphitheater (check out concerts there), 30 minutes to Osage. So much to do...

We (Adam and Tracey) fell in love with the Ozarks and Love this home. We spend most of our summers at the lake and the winters in Hawaii. We love to spend time fishing right at Ha-Ha Tonka in our back yard. You will too!

Why they chose this property

The warmth of this home, put together with such loving care. The pine walls and wood floors along with Metal ceilings.. The views out every window are spectacular. It's quiet in our neck of the Niangua River, yet in 15 min by boat we are at the first of Many fun Marinas. There is always something to do for all ages.
