Beautiful End Unit 1308 Condo, Bay Side with Private Boat Slip

This unit has the best view in the complex. This professionally decorated unit with king beds has recently been remodeled and is absolutely stunning. There is unobstructed direct bay views from every window and an ocean view from one of the windows. Your private boat slip is located directly below the balcony for ease of access and security. Fish in the bay or take a short ride to the Gulf (appx. 3 miles) for some fantastic offshore action and when finished clean your catch on the dock at one of two cleaning stations.

If you prefer golf than you can take a short ride to several outstanding public courses in the area. Fort Morgan Park is a couple of miles down the road as well as Bon Secour National wildlife Refuge for the bird watcher or just take the ferry over to Dauphin Island and spend the day. This complex is less crowded, relaxed and friendlier than the more densely developed beaches of Alabama and that is why Navy Cove is so appealing.

I would recommend this loverly condo to everyone, very comfortable, the view is great and saw dolphins mostly everyday. There are 3 nice restaurants in the area with delicious food & great drinks.

This place is AMAZING. We stayed here for my step daughter's graduation from Golf Shores high school and we loved it. The right distance from everywhere yet far enough to be quiet and a peaceful retreat from everything when we needed to. Pool and hot tub where it favorite ways to end our days. Can not wait to come back!

Beautiful condo!

The condo was really nice, spacious and clean! It had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Cheryl always answered my calls and questions. The windows and door wall would sing when the heavy winds would come from the north. It also would be nice to have one walk-in shower. It is far from the shopping, restaurants and Gulf Shores beaches but the pools and hot tubs were really nice and we watched the young families enjoying the small beach. We were able to watch the sunrises and sunsets. All in all a fantastic stay!! We are hoping to come down for a month next year and hopefully stay in this condo.

A great time

The unit was spotless, and the cleaning staff deserves a thumbs up. The owners answered all my questions and were very helpful. Can't say enough about the views, we did leave one day early due to the hurricane, and while I wasn't too concerned about the impact at Mobile bay the rain for the return trip could be an issue so better safe than sorry. Looking forward to a return stay.

Easy access to the beach and dock. Stunning views. The decor is very nice and the kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of towels too! Two king size beds that were comfortable and each bedroom had a private bathroom. I definitely would recommend this property if you're staying in the Fort Morgan area.

The view from the balcony was gorgeous! The kitchen was great, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were pleasantly functional. The layout of the property was excellent as you had access to the semi private bayside beach which was relaxing.

Let me start off by saying the pictures of the unit does not do it justice. It is well decorated and stocked with everything that you would need and more.The view to the private beach was exceptionally nice.If you want to unwind and relax this is the place.The place is very quiet and peaceful. The beds are very comfortable, it just felt like home. It was our first time to Alabama Gulf Shores but it won’t be our last, now that we found this gem of a condo. We will book for next year. Thanks Cheryl for being so kind and to answer any questions that we may have had. Very easy to book and quick response. A+++++++++++

Before school get-a-way

Great location! Beaches were NOT crowded at all. Public beach just across the street. Great pool onsite. Hallways and elevators were super clean. Property was everything we wanted for a few days away before school started. Had one question about the beach. Sent a text to property owner and received a call within 10 minutes. Super friendly. Condo well stocked with pots/pans/plates/utensils. Would definitely stay here again.
