Multiple issues with these properties needing attention
Units are described as new. There are hardly new, very beat up and several safety and cleanliness issues in need of immediate attention.
1037 Scovel St. Unit B
Firepit has a broken knob. Requires pliers to start it.
Roof top couch missing a back cushion.
The propane tank cover was covered with cigar ashes.
Two beds are broken and being “held up” with wood blocks.
The toilet in the lower bedroom slides around on the floor.
Another bathroom door missing a knob.
Coffeemaker pot missing the lid. Had to hold the valve open with a utensil while the water heats and dispenses to make coffee.
Door code box doesn’t is not lit, very difficult to use in the dark.

Kitchen spigot hanging loose and missing a part.
At least two toilets’ seats are loose.
A bathroom is missing a doorknob.
A large piece of artwork fell off of the wall.
Hair balls on the bathroom floor.
Shower doorknob falling off.
The door on the trash cupboard is falling off.
A chair is broken and unusable on the roof top.
Most of the roof lights are burned out.
