We have called this condo home for the last 6 years and hate to leave it but we have a little boy and needed a little more space so our loss is your gain! Colette was raised in Austin and Russell has lived here since 2004, so we both know the city like the back of our hands and love to share ideas on things to do and places to go. Russell has been a Real Estate Broker in Austin since 2006 and Colette owns and operates a mobile teeth whitening clinic called Pearl Mobile Teeth Whitening. We love this property and think you will too!

Why they chose this property

You cannot find a better location in Austin in our opinion. 5 minute walk to the best swimming hole in Austin, Barton Springs! Just a few more minutes and you're at Zilker Park where Austin City Limits Festival is held each year. Walk down to Barton Springs Road, South Lamar, and South Congress for the best food, drinks, and shopping in town. This is THE place to be in Austin if you want the true experience of what Austin really is.

What makes this property unique

The condo is super walkable and the area has something for everyone. The community as a whole is very peaceful and quiet so we do ask that you respect our neighbors. There is a community pool but the best pool in the state, Barton Springs, is just a few minutes away by foot. We have also included our kayak for your use on Town Lake which is very easy to get to...although it's best to drive down since the kayak is a little big to carry down.
