Host your next gathering in this beautiful and sunny two family home. Our High Tide guesthouse has 2 bedrooms & 1 full bath and our Low Tide guesthouse has 3 bedrooms & 2 baths to accommodate up to 14 guests. Fun bunk room w 4 XL custom beds. Private office with pullout twin sofa. Extra twin floor mattress available upon request.

Decks, private backyard, quiet neighborhood and just steps to all of the wonderful shops, cafes, beaches, harbor and public launch. Convenient to Boston (18 miles), Logan Airport (11 miles) and Salem's Haunted Happenings (2 miles). 45 minute drive to beautiful winery, 1 hour to closest ski mountain.

Cat 6 Internet, central AC& heat, modern appliances including dishwashers, laundry and 2 cozy living rooms with modern Fireplaces. 3 Roku televisions on each floor. Egyptian cotton sheets, towels and amenities provided.

Free and convenient off street parking in driveway for 5-6 cars

This home in Marblehead was just what we needed. Many bedrooms and bathrooms and located with easy access to surrounding communities. So many historical sites in the area. We would book this again.

Lovely comfortable home in a pleasant location. We were 5 adults and two children in the whole house for a long weekend. Walking distance to coffee, bakery, pizza and shopping. Everyone was comfortable, and enjoyed our stay.

Girls weekend

A wonderful place to stay. Alexia was very helpful with any questions that I had from restaurants in the area to things to do. The house is adorable and very comfortable. We had 8, plenty of space and very clean. Marblehead is a quaint town and very close to Salem. We had a great weekend and I totally recommend staying here when visiting the area.

Fabulous location, wonderful host

We stayed here for a witchy themed Bachelorette party and it was perfect! There is plenty of space for all of our guests in both the bedrooms and common spaces, and two kitchens was very helpful for when we were preparing large meals. The location is also fabulous being a close walk to multiple restaurants, coffee shops, and a CVS. It was also a short drive into Salem. Alexia was so kind giving us recommendations and making sure we were all settled in the VRBO. We had a great time and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay with a big group!

We had a group of 8 adults and 5 children. The kids loved the bunk beds. The layout of the home was confusing when looking at photos on the site, but really worked for us. It was like having two separate apartments which made us feel like we had our own space even though we had a large group together in one house.

Family vacation

This home was excellent for us. The beach was walkable for the kids, the grocery was walkable as well. Plenty of room for all 9 of us to have our own spaces. We loved having Alexia watching out for us, and she made her home so comfortable for us. The whale watching company she suggested was the highlight of the stay!
