Overall the house was a delight! Plenty of room and having two potentially separate living spaces in the high tide and low tide sections allowed some of our group to have their own lodging but still be a part of the household. It’s in a great location and close- walking distance to Marblehead “downtown” and the best restaurants and stores. Neighbors were very nice and gave us suggestions on where to go and friendly. Awesome historical housing all around the area. Very safe and quaint. Kitchen and living area were a great hang out spot with available streaming services. Plenty of room for a number of people and a bunk bed room. Would suggest this as a highly recommendable stay. Do wish the backyard was a bit more friendly and clean and the rooftop deck/ back patio needs a lot of TLC but overall a comfy place to stay.

Amazing time!

I went for my bachelorette weekend with 12 of my friends, the house was clean, the host alexia was fantastic easy to reach & gave us great suggestions of places in the area, we had such a great time absolutely would stay with them again!

Wonderful Quaint Community

This home in Marblehead was just what we needed. Many bedrooms and bathrooms and located with easy access to surrounding communities. So many historical sites in the area. We would book this again.

Family weekend

Lovely comfortable home in a pleasant location. We were 5 adults and two children in the whole house for a long weekend. Walking distance to coffee, bakery, pizza and shopping. Everyone was comfortable, and enjoyed our stay.

Girls weekend

A wonderful place to stay. Alexia was very helpful with any questions that I had from restaurants in the area to things to do. The house is adorable and very comfortable. We had 8, plenty of space and very clean. Marblehead is a quaint town and very close to Salem. We had a great weekend and I totally recommend staying here when visiting the area.

Family vacation

This home was excellent for us. The beach was walkable for the kids, the grocery was walkable as well. Plenty of room for all 9 of us to have our own spaces. We loved having Alexia watching out for us, and she made her home so comfortable for us. The whale watching company she suggested was the highlight of the stay!

New Years

Beautiful property and great for a group! We made so many memories lounging in the living spaces and were in such close proximity to all that the North Shore and Salem area have to offer. The hosts even stopped by to check in to ensure all was well - it was the most perfect weekend!

Fabulous location, wonderful host

We stayed here for a witchy themed Bachelorette party and it was perfect! There is plenty of space for all of our guests in both the bedrooms and common spaces, and two kitchens was very helpful for when we were preparing large meals. The location is also fabulous being a close walk to multiple restaurants, coffee shops, and a CVS. It was also a short drive into Salem. Alexia was so kind giving us recommendations and making sure we were all settled in the VRBO. We had a great time and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay with a big group!

We rented this house for a family gathering. The setup worked out very well for us! The upstairs had its own kitchen, bathroom, living room, and two bedrooms. This accommodated one family including an infant. Downstairs was a common gathering space with a large island that also worked as a dining space where we cooked a meal together. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs worked well for the rest of the adults. Thoughtful extras included a portacrib and high chair. We also appreciated the water filters in each refrigerator and the stainless steel cookware! The neighborhood was quiet, yet within walking distance of many restaurants and shops although we did make a bit of a drive initially to Whole Foods.

We had a group of 8 adults and 5 children. The kids loved the bunk beds. The layout of the home was confusing when looking at photos on the site, but really worked for us. It was like having two separate apartments which made us feel like we had our own space even though we had a large group together in one house.
