This property will feel like a private retreat with lush, tropical landscaping and a shared, heated lagoon-style pool. This vacation rental also boasts a game room that includes a pool table and additional activities for added enjoyment.

Bright and beachy, this open-concept home has plenty of space for all. The full kitchen beams elegance and is perfect for whipping up your favorite meals. There’s also a breakfast bar and a quaint dining area for sharing meals and great conversation. In the living room, feel free to get cozy and turn on the TV for some leisure time. A private washer/dryer is also provided for added convenience.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location

Great location. The pool was a lot of fun. Bring your own blankets. The blankets provided are very thin almost like a sheet. We were freezing. Floors were pretty dirty. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep. Great neighborhood and not far from the beach.

We made it work

The house was nice, but came up short in a major selling point area, the game room. Our trip included our spouses that wanted to hang back while we shopped, but all the darts for the dart board were broken, the pool table was uneven which made playing pool quite difficult to say the least, it was dirty (like someone had been standing on it)and there was no cue chalk. There was a a nice sized t.v. but it wasn't connected to cable, or a fire stick, so the game room was a bust. We saw other nice houses, but they didn't have a game room which was the selling point for this house. Other than that the house served it's purpose as a place to stay for our trip.
