On the second floor you'll find a king master suite, a queen bedroom, and a bunkroom with a twin over full. The third floor offers two queen bedrooms. One of the queen bedrooms also has a twin over twin bunkbed to provide sleeping accommodations for up to 16 guests. The pristine, fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, tile floors, and granite countertops. The home is also equipped with a dining table for 6 and breakfast bar with additional seating, plus a full-sized laundry room with washer and dryer to accommodate your large group. Enjoy refreshments on one of two spacious balconies, relax comfortably in the living area, or catch some sun by the community lagoon pool. Overall stay was good, close to everything. Bed on 1st floor wasn’t good/ a bit hard. 3rd floor top bunk bed was not stable, so we just took the bed and put it on the floor. Very close to community pool. Pool was great, heated and open until 10pm.

The house was very spacious. The area was very close to the beach, shopping center, and restaurants. Kitchen appliances were very old and outdated. The pots and toaster was not usable.

The house was clean and in a great neighborhood…the only thing that we didn’t like was how hard the mattress was and the bed need to bed queen in the guess room instead of full….but overall the stay was very nice

The positives: The location is great and the neighborhood pool is very nice. The host is super responsive and communication with him was great. We needed more towels and hairdryers and those were delivered within a few hours of our request. The negatives: The house is a bit worn and not well equipped. Basic things were lacking…not enough towels, only one bathroom out of three had a hairdryer, no basic kitchen things like salt and pepper, not enough drinking glasses for a large group, no dish soap. It was ok for our purposes but definitely needs some TLC and more attention to detail.

Wonderful Location

The house was amazing. The location was amazing. Only complaint is for 500 cleaning fee, I expected it to be spotless. There was food on some put away dishes, walls, and ceiling, garbage under the furniture, finger prints on the light switches and walls, and It looked like it hadn't be dusted in awhile. Sheets and towels were fresh and clean.
