Your group will enjoy a relaxing vacation in this beautiful home FACING THE POOL in the Villages of Crystal Beach. Skip`s Delight is a lovely 6 bedroom, 3.5 bath home that sleeps 16. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, tile floors and granite countertops. All bedrooms are ample size with Smart TV/DVD players! Enjoy the pool view from the balconies on the 2nd and 3rd floors. There`s a grill at the house and one in the pool area.

Skip`s Delight also has a full-sized laundry room with a washer and dryer, two parking spots in the driveway, as well as additional overflow parking. This house is located right across the street from the pool! Nearby are 6 miles of paved trails - perfect for both walking and biking.

Said came with 16 arm bands and if not replaced I would be charged but room only came with 14. Floors in living area and kitchen were buckling up terribly to the point one person hurt their foot. Half the outlets on two floors didn't work.

Cheryl I was there and said hi to your group at least a half dozen times. Not once did you or anyone mention any of these issues? You mention the drain in the master shower wasn’t draining. It was draining but nonetheless I bought some Drano and addressed it for you immediately I would’ve addressed every single one of these issues if you would’ve made me aware. Great accommodation for big group.

Having 6 rooms is an advantage for this accommodation. The location is just a few blocks walking distance to the beach. Ragan Downs is a very responsive and proactive host. We had fun and absolutely enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Perfect spot in Destin

Perfect house for our big group of 2 families! Very clean. Location right across from the pool was awesome. Quick and easy walk to the beach. The beach is beautiful, white sand and clear water. Owner was so easy to communicate with. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Destin golf group

12 adult men plenty of room to move around. Easy access to surrounding golf courses. Good food close by. Needed bedding for couch beds. We hope to get this house again next year and the next year. Loved access to pool and hot tub

We had a decent stay at this property. Regan the property manager was quick to communicate and also accommodating on an early check in since we booked an additional day we were not able to stay for.The cons were the property was just ‘meh’. There is a lot of wear and tear on the home and just overall a few things that needed a lot of TLC. There wasn’t a shower curtain liner in 2nd floor bathroom, causing a strong mildew smell and leaking water. The beds did not have mattress pads and weren’t super comfortable/ older mattresses, There was a pillow with blood in downstairs bedroom. The toilet tissue holder was missing but there was a replacement still in the packaging on sink. The 3rd floor bathroom there was a new shower curtain sitting on sink. All of the remotes were mixed up and mismatched through the house. A couple of Roku devices missing pieces. Horrible quality tvs. Another con was this property has no beach equipment which several Destin rentals offer. No beach chairs, toys, or wagon. Not a deal breaker but will need to be budgeted for. Overall our stay was nice especially for a short trip and the price. The price does accurately reflect what’s missing in the home vs some of the other more luxury rentals in the area. If you want to stay for longer this may not be the most comfortable property unless you prioritize price.

Excellent location! We loved having the pool nearby and plenty of space for our family. Some of the basics were missing such as hand soap. However, no need to bring wine glasses, just bring the wine!
