Lovely space for a multigenerational vacation. Plenty of room to relax together and separately. In the heart of Canal Park and close to so much. Leave your car in the included private lot and walk everywhere.

Beautiful property

This is a beautiful place! From the minute we walked in we felt comfortable and relaxed. The location is perfect and within walking distance from several restaurants and bars. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful space and hosts

Beautiful, large space in a great neighborhood. It was perfect for my family to stay at after a funeral in town. We accidentally forgot a tuxedo in the condo and Tiegen called to let us know and they even shipped it back to us. Highly impressed and would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful place

Our trip to Duluth and the North Shore was a huge success and this place had a lot to do with it. It worked out great for our young family of six instead of having a couple hotel rooms. It was close to many things so most times, driving isn’t necessary. Great memories thank you!

Y’all! This place is sweet!

We traveled from Texas into unknown territory for a wedding. The wedding reception was held downstairs at Hoops. It was perfect. The games in the main rooms were a hit with our group, the decor was perfect for the area and many restaurants and shops were all within walking distance. Loved the stay and will definitely be back.

Perfect location!

This place is stunning and in the perfect location. We visited Duluth over a unexpected snow storm during spring break and had plenty to within the condo. Kind enjoyed foosball and the dartboard. The pool has a great bonus. CPlenty spacious. We braved the snow and walked to dinner and ice cream. Would love to stay here again! Stocked with amenities and really feels like a home away from home!

Overall we enjoyed our stay

Overall we really enjoyed the unit itself, it was designed and decorated beautifully. It was nice to be located down by the water, however the check in process and building set up was a bit of a turn-off. The keys to the pool and elevator hardly worked, even after getting new ones several times.

Hip hip hooray!

Literally this property is hip and so cool! The vibe is just like the posting and so pristine! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook an elegant meal and have adequate space for 8! We loved the games, the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were roomy with fabulous lighting and had all the essentials! Location was spot on to the things our family wanted to do like shopping and eating and exercising around the lake! I highly recommend this place! Oh and the coffee bar was perfect! I will be back!

The Brix is such a beautiful space to stay while visiting Duluth. The location was perfect for our short weekend in Canal Park. The space itself is a total dream, beautifully finished and clean. We stayed at the L'Etoile du Nord for a guy's trip and it couldn't have worked better. Comfortable, spacious, equipped with entertainment, in the center of the action: it was hard to ask for much more. The hosts communicate readily and well. I would highly recommend the property!

Great property in the heart of Canal Park - plenty of room and accommodates special needs!

The entire process was a breeze! This was our 1st VRBO rental, and could not have been easier. We were looking for a property that would fit our unique needs - we have a special needs adult who requires 24-hour care and a good amount of medical equipment must travel with them...they need a lot of space for their wheelchair and many other items, and we had it to spare! The 3 bedrooms allowed multiple to family caregivers to have their own space to rest in, and then we could all gather in the common area to spend time together.The common area is awesome! From the multiple window seats, to foosball and darts, to the TV area, to the sitting and gaming areas...there's even a small desk if you needed to do a little work! We joked around that the dining counter was TOO big while we were trying to play cards! 10 people could very comfortably gather there. Having to navigate large wheelchair through the space was easily done! I can't tell you how incredibly valuable that is!The bedrooms were also very comfortable and large! The main bedroom was quite large, and our family member with medical needs was in the other king bedroom (a little smaller), but has its own bathroom. Each of the rooms have smaller TVs, and there's a larger TV in the common area.If I HAD to find a critique, it's that the HVAC system is LOUD. But is an old building and huge space and it kept it cool!We can't say enough good things about the property & the hosts! Not enough room here to sing the praises!

Perfect spot for a quick family trip

We had a wonderful time staying at The Brix. The location cannot be beat! Walkable to so many places in Canal Park. The rooms were spacious, clean and so comfortable. My mother, who requires a walker and wheelchair assistance was able to have space to move around the rooms, bathrooms and living areas. The kitchen was a fantastic spot to sit and snack and wine fridge was a huge plus. Would recommend to anyone and will be looking to book again in the future! Thank you!
