Very spacious, sleeps 6-8! Easy access and driving, near many boat ramps & just a few minutes to Water Valley where you can grab pizza, BBQ or groceries. Felt very safe & secure...nice quiet area.

Football Weekend

We had a great stay for the weekend to see an Ole Miss football game. It was a little but if a drive but much more reasonable than options in Oxford.

Nice comfy stay

We were visiting our son at Ole Miss and this was a great place to end our days. About 30 minutes from campus and we could bring our dog. Nice sitting area in the backyard. A little dark inside, But definitely comfortable and quiet
