This unit, named Count Fleet after the legendary American Triple Crown winner, is one of six newly renovated units in our luxury Airbnb property. You will have access to your own private unit, one parking spot, the community patio area and the snack/coffee bar in the lobby, which we keep stocked with delicious local treats.
When you arrive, you will park in the lot behind the building and enter through the side door. A portion of the bottom floor is dedicated to office space for W Principles, while the rest of the building is devoted to 3FORTY Airbnbs!
3FORTY is stand-alone building that operates like a boutique hotel. Each of our six units has hand-selected details to deliver a uniquely Lexingtonian experience. Upon arrival, simply type in the code on the door and make your way to your unit!
