This gorgeous one bedroom apartment is conveniently located within walking distance to downtown Bozeman close to shopping, fine dining, and all main street has to offer! The home has a full kitchen, living room, private bedroom, and a deck to enjoy the small private yard.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Built in 2019 this home has been thoughtfully designed and is a great value for your Bozeman vacation or extended stay. It is a cozy, self-contained ADU with private access and street parking.

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS: The home has one bedroom with a queen size bed and flat screen TV. There is a separate private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

KITCHEN/DINING: The kitchen opens up to the living space and is furnished with everything you need to cook up a delicious meal including stainless steel appliances, cookware, and serving ware. There is a drop leaf table that can seat up to four people.

LIVING ROOM: This home has an open living area, connected to the kitchen and dining area. A comfy couch is arranged for evening conversation or watching a few movies on the television. The home has a large flat screen TV.

TOWN/AIRPORT: It's just 10 miles to the Bozeman Yellowstone International airport and a very short drive to all the amenities of downtown Bozeman.

NEARBY ACTIVITIES: Besides hiking, biking, and trail running right from town, there is fishing on the nearby East Gallatin and main Gallatin Rivers, horseback riding, rafting, tours of Yellowstone National Park, and everything that the fun town of Bozeman has to offer. You’re just a 16 mile drive to Bridger Bowl Ski Area and Cross Cut Mountain Sports and 44 miles to Big Sky. It’s also a beautiful 78 mile drive to the North Entrance of Yellowstone National Park.

Wonderful Home and Location

We loved staying at this lovely new ADU unit! Very private with a small yard, the home seemed brand new! It had everything wee needed for a weekend stay. The location is perfect and walking distance to great restaurants and the downtown area.

College Drop Off Home Base

Dropping my son off for at MSU, this property was well located to the campus and downtown, as well as a short drive to larger retail stores. Space was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Would definitely stay again.
