Beautiful home in an outstanding, quiet location. Jaci was very hospitable and I highly recommend this rental. Stayed for almost 3 weeks and enjoyed every minute.

Merrill Ranch is great

We loved our stay in Merrill Ranch. The amenities are fantastic, including a Troon golf club, Poston Butte Golf Club.

Location Location Location

This home is very spacious, clean, and the setting is magnificent. The back patio and extended patio has a built in fire pit and grill where you can watch the sunrise and nature. It backs up to a wash (open area) and it is a perfect way to enjoy nature. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed. Sun City Anthem at Merrill Ranch is a beautiful community with very nice amenities. We would definitely stay here again.
