This is a beautiful home in a great location with wonderful ocean views. Fully stocked kitchen, excellent decor in the main living areas and bedrooms. The one issue is that it should be explained on line that it is not suitable for people with physical disabilities. 3 bedrooms downstairs, 1 bedroom upstairs where the kitchen, dining and living rooms are located. 12 stairs to climb from main living areas to the front door. For that reason only, we were challenged.

The views are amazing and we walked over to the marine preserve daily. Highly recommend this property. We saw harbor seals and spotted a whale from the deck.

This place is spectacular! It was extremely comfortable and the views are lovely. You never want to leave! It was really easy to communicate with our host and all the beds are extremely comfortable. Can't wait to go back!

Plenty of room for everyone... beds were very comfortable! House is located in a great area close to the city as well as coastal communities. Literally next door to the Marine preserve which we enjoyed walking every night. Loved everything about the house can't wait to go back. The hosts were very responsive and very easy to communicate with.

Fantastic property and location. Easy access to the city and the coastal highways. Perfect stay for six adults, this property had plenty of space and the hot tub was a hit.

Beautiful and very comfortable home with stunning views! Perfect home for our girl’s getaway of five. We enjoyed the home so much we barely left the house. Home was extremely clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and seamless arrival/ departure. Our host was outstanding who promptly answered all our questions. All of us were so pleased with our stay and will likely return again.

Wonderful property near nature preserve

We enjoyed the house and the local trail to the nature preserve. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and we were very comfortable. Beautiful house with many amenities. Close to shopping and dining at local places. Owners are very communicative and helpful. Easy check in and check out.

Excursion on the Coast

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Moss Beach. Even though it was cold, it was a good excuse to enjoy the view and the hot tub. We would certainly re-visit this VRBO home.

Great Quiet Getaway Near Ocean

This home is in a quiet neighborhood with great ocean views. We wanted a home a little outside of San Fransico to get away and relax and this was a great choice to stay when not out sightseeing. Plenty of room for family and located near woods & ocean. Communication with owner was great & very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Mother’s Day

Beautiful home with gorgeous views of the ocean and pelicans flying by. My family was so impressed; we loved the location. Walked to Moss Beach Distillery for lunch one day through the Cypress trees. Beautiful. Thank you for allowing us to stay here.

Heat downstairs where most bedrooms were did not work, but space heaters were found. Yard maintenance came early Friday morning during our stay which was extremely unwelcome. Kitchen was extremely well appointed for cooking our Thanksgiving favorites.

Amazing views

I love hearing the waves at night and the serene ocean view. The house was cleaned and well stocked especially in the kitchen. The house was a-little cold at times but I appreciated the heaters that was an option. I had a great stay . I look forward staying again and again!

We had a lovely stay! The house was so clean, and we appreciated it being well stocked with basic necessities!! It was easy for us to enjoy simple meals with the kitchen supplies. We loved the patio deck as well as the hot tub was a highlight in the cool evenings. Thank you for a great time

Nice home. Beach by house is closed which should have been disclosed. Made value less. Nice view from lounge and well equipped kitchen. Please note you have to carry groceries upstairs as kitchen is upstairs. Great hot tub.

18th Birthday

This was the perfect location to bring 6 high schoolers to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday. Hiking, hot tub, lunch at the iconic Pacifica Taco Bell, beach walks, beautiful views and a great kitchen to cook in. Cozy, well appointed and perfect for small groups or families.
