The lifts, shops, and restaurants of the Mt. Crested Butte base area are literally right at your door step. Treat yourself to a “You-day" at the Elevation Spa, take the kids to Tin Cup Ice Cream and Desserts for an old-school parlor experience, and enjoy a cocktail or cup of coffee at any of the top-notch saloons and eateries of Mt. CB. For even more dining, shopping, and entertainment, jump on the free shuttle to the historic mining town of Crested Butte, shuttles run every 15 minutes from 7:30am till midnight just steps away from your room.
Skiing, sledding, biking and hiking are all right out the door, as well as a variety of great shops for any and all gear, clothing, and rental needs.
You will feel right at home in this clean, cozy, and recently updated space, with panoramic views of the mountain and pool, new furniture and bedding, carpet, rugs, and window coverings, creature comforts galore, and of course, the best indoor/outdoor heated pool and hot tub on the mountain! Kids and grown-ups agree, there is no better place to soak up the sunshine after a big day of rocky mountain adventures.
Access is a breeze with the hotel-style driveway entrance for loading in and out, and the added convenience of elevators means you can save your quads for the slopes!

*Guests will be required to sign a guest rental agreement prior to receiving check-in and driving directions.
* Early check ins and or late check out requests may be granted on a per booking basis and may be subject to additional fees at the time of booking. Last minute requests cannot be granted due to pre established cleaning and maintenance schedules. Guests who occupy any part of the property including the driveway prematurely without preauthorisation from the home owner or property manager will be subject to a $ 250 fine. Guests will also be asked to vacate the property and return at check in time. Guests who check out after 10am  without preauthorisation will be asked to vacate immediately and will be subject to a $ 250 fine.
*Crested Butte is a resort town, please note that when the Crested Butte Mountain Resort shuts down for the Spring shoulder Season, and again in the Fall, many of the shops, restaurants, and local businesses close down or operate under limited schedules. Refunds will not be granted to guests due to closure of any businesses in Crested Butte for any reason, as these events are out of our control. Please see Vail's website for opening and closing dates for the mountain resort, as these dates change year to year: https://www.skicb.com.
*Cancellations: Please familiarize yourself with our posted cancellation policy. Please note that due to Crested Butte’s limited rental seasons, no exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy under any circumstances. We strongly recommend purchasing some form of travel insurance if you feel you may need to cancel or alter your booking outside of the posted cancellation policy window.
* The US Postal service does not deliver to households in Crested Butte, should you require items shipped to your property during your stay, we recommend using UPS or FedEx, and insuring these items. Watchdog is not responsible in any way for any items you choose to have shipped to any of our properties, and will not forward or store any shipped items that may arrive early or late, this is your responsibility, thank you for your understanding. If you have shipping needs for legitimate medical reasons, please contact the Watchdog Office for assistance.
*  While the property lists a hot tub and pool as an amenity these are shared community  amenities and subject to open and closure by the HOA and/or governing entity. As such availability  may be affected by maintenance work from time to time and is therefore not guaranteed. Children MUST be accompanied and supervised.
*Wifi is also provided and managed by the Grand Lodge, Wifi issues should be directed to the Grand Lodge front desk.
