THE SPACE

The cook can chat with guests perched at the bar or relaxing in the living area. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the wide open living area and den where there is a lovely dining area for 8 (makes a great boardroom table!) and a luxurious family sitting area with a 60" Smart TV. This area leads to a furnished patio where you can enjoy cool drinks on warm evenings.

This super spacious home offers 3 bedrooms. The master suite with a King bed and plush mattress with top quality linens, a 55” Smart TV, walk in closet and a vast en-suite bathroom with oversized soaking tub, large walk in shower, his and her double vanity and screened toilet. The guest wing offers a king bedroom plus a bedroom with 2 double beds, overhead fans and smart TVs. There is also a full family bathroom. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.
