Great experience at this condo with my family.

My family of four really enjoyed this condo. We appreciated having the grocery store close by, the association pool set up, the lake to walk around, and the proximity of the theme parks. I would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Universal escape

Staying here was not only convenient, close to parks and anything you need stores. Place was very nice, clean and comfortable beds. Amenities kids enjoyed the pool and playing basketball, and I was able to use the gym. Will definitely be back.

Perfect Orlando Vacation

What a perfect place to "come home to" during our Orlando vacation! This condo had everything we wanted and more. Very spacious, clean, and relaxing. The bedrooms and bathrooms were outstanding. Plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils to make cooking (or frozen cocktails) a breeze. Super close to the parks, but quiet enough to unwind afterwards. Great pool and bar area as well. Finally, Monica and team were always responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic Stay!

We stayed at Miranda's Gem for 5 nights during Spring Break. The condo is SUPER clean and updated. I am very picky on cleanliness and this condo was superb. It was very spacious and we felt very comfortable. The beds were so comfortable that I called them to ask what brand of mattress so that I can buy one for my own home. We all spelt better than we do at home! It's also on the 3rd floor (out of 4) so it was very quiet, we never heard anyone else and rarely saw any other guests in the elevator or going to and from our car. Our contact Monica was awesome! She was very responsive to emails as well as texts messages to any of our questions. We usually stay at Marriot resort hotels when we come to Orlando, but this will be our new home base for Disney in the future. The price cannot be beat for such a lovely place to stay while on your vacay.

The apartment is really nicely decorated. Everything was super clean. There's ample space and all the essentials were there when you needed them. This is our second stay in this apartment, and I have no hesitation in staying here again!

A Wonderful Vacation Location!!

We arrived late on a Friday night and were unable to open the door to the condo. We were worried that this was a bad omen. However, we called Geoff and he came running from two doors down and got us right in. It was all great from there. Anytime we called about an issue (never anything big) Geoff or Lin were right there to make our lives happy. Geoff even printed out our airline tickets before we left! I contacted Miranda (the owner) several times and she always responded instantly. I just had a lot of questions, never anything awful. The location was minutes from all the parks, there was a small shopping center with a Publix and great pizza place in one direction and a in the other direction a Walgreens all within walking distance.The apartment is 2,000 sq. feet. It is so beautifully decorated, and the couch was so comfortable that I fell asleep on it - twice! We had everything we needed to prepare meals, to do laundry and to relax. The tub in the master bath is amazing! The pool and hot tub are two buildings away and just a short walk along a lake-side pathway. There are always fun activities going on and very friendly people to talk with. The bartender was fun and made great drinks.To sum up: the home is beautiful and comfortble, the location is near everything yet quiet, pretty and safe, the amenities are modern and everything you need is right there. Just bring your clothing and toothbrush! Most importantly, you are well taken care of by both Lin and Geoff, as well as Miranda. I can't wait to go back! June

The unit was clean, large and otherwise as-described, so no complaints there, though mildly irritated that we were only given 1 roll of toilet paper for a 4-night stay. The poor review comes from being locked out of our condo twice, once late at night and once after the car was loaded for our departure. Each lock-out lasted about 45 minutes, with 4 kids ages 2-10! The code was accidently changed on our door the day before we checked out by management. When we alerted management, they got us in and said they would send the new code. The new code was never sent. Our final departure was delayed by 45 minutes (from 9am to 9:45am). During that time, we called all the numbers provided many, many times, but got no answer. By a stroke up luck, a gentleman who helps maintain the unit walked by while my husband was trying codes and let us in. Later that day, management made many excuses for not answering phone and did not attempt to make amends for our ruined day. Very disappointed.
