Great Spring Break location

This stay was in a quiet town that made our stay great. The property manager was quick and professional is communicating with us during our stay. The location was clean and would be a great summer place to relax while being close enough to Louisville for big city adventures. We would be happy to work with this property manager again.

Great Stay!

This was a nice little getaway for New Years. Walking in, the home smelled nice and clean. 2 rooms downstairs and one loft style upstairs. (Be careful, small stairs and low ceiling.) Kitchen was my favorite part as it was very spacious for dinner. Hot Tub was nice, properly cleaned, and heating up waiting for our arrival. Parking was a bit tricky but made it work. Close to downtown Louisville and other major attractions. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. Pretty quiet neighborhood. And the access to a washer and dryer made the stay even easier to keep clean. Would definitely book again if ever in New Albany.

Modern Trap house

Owner is very responsive. Bathroom is nice that’s about it. You can tell it’s remodeled but it’s a bad home. We specifically rented this place due to the hot tub when arriving I guess it hot not been used for awhile so it was only 87°. We went and look at Christmas lights hoping that it would warm up still to find out it was still cold. Host knew I was excited about the hot tub and wanting to use it and still horrible outcome. There was a vitamin that looked melted into the carpet of the closet we slept in. Upstairs there was cat vomit from previous animal. We did not stay upstairs however was just exploring our surroundings. Kitchen comes stocked with spices. This was our first Vrbo experience. Unfortunately we will never use Vrbo again due to this matter.

Beware SCAM

Didn't even have an address on the outside, so it was unclear which house to even go into. Located in a terrible neighborhood. Right next to empty lot and an abandoned, rundown, blighted house. When you walk in, you're hit immediately by the stench of cigarette smoke and pet smell. Carpets are stained everywhere. The whole house was disgusting! Dont fall for the listing.... not a hot tub, oasis, the hot tub was filled with nasty brown water, and smelled like a swamp. Emailed Host Jonathan Pauly about the problem, said i would be fully refunded, but I have not been. I was busy in the area for my 25th wedding anniversary. We ended up having to rent a hotel. Very disappointed.
