4899 sq ft, chef’s dream kitchen with wolfe stove, 2 ovens, 2 fireplaces, 1 washer, 2 dryers. Large porch situated on the Wolverine golf course and gorgeous sunsets over the bay. Area equipped with dart board off the kitchen and foos ball, Ping-Pong, LL walkout. Home is 1 mile walk to the bay and approx. 2 miles to equestrian competitions. I love to view the orchards and golf course from my bay windows. You can see a glimpse of the East Bay from the porch. Sleeps 10.

Please keep off golf course except for paying to play thru Grand Traverse Resort. Pets must be on a leash.
We have Habitec Security System with fire alarms. Alarms are very loud. We will provide you with a code to disable them in a mistake. (mud room wall)
