Large eat in kitchen and bathroom. Large bedroom and comfy living room.
You’ll have direct inside private door access to the laundry room area equipped with washer and dryer and folding area. Other units share laundry but all others have to use an exterior door entrance.
Enjoy your stay with complimentary Wi-Fi, games and everything Des Moines has to offer. This unit is tucked right off of I235 with easy access anywhere!

2 night minimum stay required on weekends or holidays or 1 night is ok for additional $40.

Great little place

Travelled into for a Muay Thai tournament. This place was ideally located in town for plenty of restaurants and also the venu. The ice cream shop down the street is delicious. Host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Much appreciated!

Convenient to Drake parents

This is one of several apartments in an older, subdivided house in a very college adjacent neighborhood. The hosts set it up well with basic kitchen supplies and and linens and we had everything we needed for our short stay. It was great to have off-street parking. The steps into it needed some repair and the driveway is steep, with potholes so I was glad we weren't there in snowy weather. The hosts were easy to reach and responsive. We brought our medium sized dog and he was glad for the (small) yard and sidewalks in the neighborhood.

Glad you had a good stay. Sorry about the steps. They have been repaired and are in sound condition as the house even very recently passed city inspection. I think they just need another quick coat of white stain. Also sorry about the driveway. It is actually in the works to replace the whole driveway so that will be done soon as well. Pets are not allowed normally due to allergies.
