Spacious 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house that is minutes away from OU Medical, Paseo District, and Midtown.

A private two floor home within HOA controlled private park behind home.

4 bedrooms with private closets, open kitchen/dining/living area.

Washer+dryer+detergent included. Extra bedding+pillows+towels.

A fully stocked kitchen with a Keurig, pots, pans, silverware, cups, dishes and baking utensils.

Smart TVs

Home has a 2 car garage with extra parking in 2 car driveway.

We are available when needed but, like to give our guests privacy.

We do accommodate a number of groups that are here for work and require parking for larger vehicles. There is a side street at end of block with open parking that accommodate larger/longer vehicles.

The house was clean. The patio was scattered with leaves but the wind had been blowing. Our party was 10 people. The parking was tight but manageable. The kitchen is nice but it wasn’t equipped for cooking for a big party. We had to be creative.

Host was very responsive and communicated clearly. The home was so nice, had comfy beds, & great water pressure. We brought our pups and the shared green space was my favorite part of staying here. We appreciated bwing able to use the garage for parking our car, too. It is pretty close to the Paseo District which has lots of great places to eat (and drink). There were plenty of utensils, plates, cups, & cooking ware. The internet was reliable, too.

Everything was perfect! Host is lovely. Iron and washing machines available. Nice park area in the back. You can fit six cars ic you try really hard lol. Although would recommend a deep clean for the house to make it best for other guest. Like dusting and a carpet wash. I enjoyed my stay.

Hwre to work at VA hospital. Neighbor has filthy home. So roaches and mice were caught on glue traps in kitchen. Hair cloggs in shower drains. Mice poop in corners of rooms.

The house was clean-ish. There were no obvious issues, but everything felt and looked tired and worn. Communication with the owner about a later check-out was impossible because of a series of automated responses. We asked several days in advance for a later check-out (but after check-in). All we received were automated replies to make the request on the day of check-out. We did that, but never heard a response.
